City Fitness strongly suggest all members obtain a physical examination from a licensed physician prior to exercising or participating in activities at City Fitness. Exercise can result in injury and even death.  Understanding risk associated with exercise, members realease City Fitness of liability for injury or loss at the facility.

City Fitness is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while at the facility.

EFT/ Drafts

All City Fitness EFT draft member contracts, upon fulfillment, will automatically convert to month to month. Since aforesaid memberships do not automatically terminate, it is the responsibility of that member to cancel at their discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a 15 day notice and must be done in person at the facility in which the member joined. Members may also send a notice of cancellation by certified mail. While we understand this may be inconvenient, it protects all parties and helps prevent discrepancies on cancellation dates.

Maintenance Fees

July 1st of each year, City Fitness draft members are assessed an annual maintenance fee. Fees collected help maintain the equipment and facility.
